I didn’t post much last week. Sorry. Two bits of news for you guys that you may of missed
In case you weren’t paying attention THQ is going to be showing off it’s future game, Warhammer 40k Online, at E3 this year. I’m not a Warhammer tabletop guy at all. I don’t have the figurines or the books but whenever I see someone get excited about this on the forums by saying “Blood for the Blood God”; it gets me a little giddy.
For those of you who pay attention, Mortal Online just launched their open beta. I’m not even going to give you a link because the game is shit.
Edit: Check out the comments on Rerollz News youtube video on Mortal Online. There are some… interesting? …people out there.
Have fun.

In World of Warcraft’s latest patch players are treated to the latest raid zone called Ulduar. The last boss, known as Algalon, has been opened up. There has been some rumbling from the hardcore crowd about the limitations on this fight and how that will affect the game play of the more dedicated. Will this cause frustration? How many people will this affect?

Bioware President Greg Zeschuk was recently quoted at GDC 2009, by VG247, that “[t]he Old Republic’s business model will depend on what’s considered to be the norm on other MMOs … likely meaning the game will carry a subs model in the West.”
