A lot of discussion these days on MMO raiding. With the release of World Of Warcraft patch 3.3, many changes to raiding have changed the face of it. Not only can the best players defeat new content, but the casual guilds can do the same instance in non-heroic mode. So here’s my question to you. Has raiding been successful lately? What are some of the downfalls? But most importantly, what do you like or dislike the most about raiding in 09-10?

What has changed, Where is it going? Has it changed for the better? These are the questions I hope to answer as I tackle World of Warcraft’s 5th anniversary, and try to figure out what keeps the eleven million subscribers chugging along. I have no idea how long this article will be, but I’ll put it in sections for you. Parts 1 and 2 will accompany this post.
